Motorola’s Evoke QA4 puts you one touch away from your social circles. The phone is packed with integrated widgets, real web browsing and IM-style messaging.
The home screen can be loaded with any widgets of your choice. You can hide the ones you don’t use to keep the screen neat and tidy. The Evoke QA4 features full HTML browsing and is also just a click away from the home screen.
The Evoke QA4 features both a slide out numeric keypad and a virtual QWERTY keyboard on the touch screen. So if you’re only comfortable using a numeric keypad, you’re set. If you prefer the smooth feel of a touch screen, you have that option too.
Keeping up on your social networking is easier too. The Evoke features built-in MySpace integration making broadcasting your thoughts, moods and moments easy.
The built-in camera can upload videos automatically to YouTube, or you can upload photos directly to Picasa.
You can load all your won RSS feeds onto the phone to keep you up to date on news, weather, or sports.
The Motorola Evoke QA4 is the text messager/social networker’s dream phone. It packs just about every feature to streamline these applications into its sleek exterior.
As with most phones at CTIA this year, there isn’t any new technology that went into this phone. It’s how it made use of existing technology that makes this phone unique. This phone was clearly meant for the avid YouTube/MySpace user, and it does a good job of implementing these tools.
The price of the Evoke QA4 hasn’t been released yet, but the phone should be relatively cheap to appeal to its target audience of social networkers and texters.
Motorola’s Evoke QA4 is the next generation of social networking phones. It’s just what we need to feed our MySpace addiction.
